Usage and Care:
* Push the top button to start and stop the chronograph. Please DO NOT reset by pressing the button under the crown when the chronograph dial is working. First press the button above the crown to stop the chronograph dial, and then press the reset button.
* Pull out the middle button to Position 1 to adjust the date. Pull out the middle button to Position 2 to adjust the time.
* DO NOT use the button when the watch is in contact with water
* Avoid contact of the watch with chemicals such as solvents, detergents, fragrances and cosmetics
*Avoid long-term exposure to strong magnetic fields (TV, radio, etc.)

Watch waterproof is divided into 3 categories: daily life waterproof, daily life enhanced waterproof and diving waterproof
Generally, water resistance of 30 meters is only for hand washing and splash resistance. Swimming needs to be waterproof to 100 meters.
Waterproof watches of any grade cannot support hot water baths or showers, because waterproof watches cannot prevent water vapor
